Why would anyone interfere with the thoughts and lives of others ?

Why would anyone interfere with the thoughts and lives of others ?Interference is essentially a form of controlling behavior, and there are all kinds of causes as to what causes controlling behavior. It needs to be discussed situation by situation here. It is true that some people are trying to promote their own superiority, and I can't analyze how many of these people are there, but I hope you will understand. I would like to talk about interference from a different perspective. Class President A class is essentially a small society where people from different backgrounds and with different ideas are forced to come together. To attend classes and live together. The group needs a focal point for opinions, ideas, and direction, and so an individual is elected/selected and given authority over the discrete students over the others.    The class leader is the head of the group and needs to manage it. This individual is given the obligation to be the controller of this module, controlling the class and the members within it to reach the various directives given by the parent.    When the head of the class inherits the rights and obligations from the last, he goes back and interferes in the minds and lives of his sub-nodes, out of the need to manage the whole system. As for superiority, it's just that the controller happens to have that individual attribute attached to it. Control There are rights and duties, so naturally there will be actions that follow. The sources of events are roughly divided into: orders from superiors, a system of competition based on class groups, and the individual's desire for control.    Orders from superiors are simple: the department or school needs to hold some events, some people need to be deployed, some people need to be deployed, some people need to know some talents.    The class collective unit has a competitive system: monthly assessment, annual assessment, class attendance, events held.    Control: personal ideals...or just plain not being inclusive enough, misconceptions. The meaning of control The original purpose of control is the rational allocation of resources and call. Each person has their own arrangements and ideas, have their own concepts and attributes. Without a norm and control, there is always a limit to what the group can do. The overall purpose of management is always to harness the motivation of discrete individuals for the greater good and to achieve a common goal.    Adequate control makes sense, even if it conflicts with the individual's free will. There are many ways to mobilize motivation, and this varies according to the person and the circumstances. A gentle person can attack the heart, a beautiful person walks the kidneys, and a righteous person raises the banner of justice. The same method that works for one individual does not mean it will work for all individuals. Moreover, school classes are just a collection of human beings without any kind of attribute or screening. To avoid conflict and fulfill the mission of one's controllers is an impossible task for the average person... When conflict arises, the time will come to weigh the pros and cons. It's inevitable that student parties are young, hot-blooded, and righteous with a full-blown middle-aged disease, and once you understand the inevitability of this control, it's not hard to understand why conflict arises.  You need to weigh the odds when it comes to this kind of thing, put yourself between the class and the upper level teacher, and try to buffer rather than just amplify the conflict. Individual Thought and Team Values Control can be behavioral as well as ideological. In fact, once there is behavioral control ideological conflict is inevitable. Groups as a unit of action need a common team value as a thought guide, otherwise the behavior of the control is difficult to move forward.    However, respect for the individual is also necessary. The large conflicts described above are an example of this, and as an intermediate level of control, the controller can only try to buffer. After all, a class is just a group of people who are randomly assembled with little or no screening. It's not like we're all heading for the same goal, so why screw it all together?    This is probably where the class president mentioned by the questioner made a mistake. He ignored other individuals and paths because he was recognized and encouraged by his surroundings. Forcing those around them to walk with them. Managing, controlling, and hurting I've always thought of these three states as coexisting... rewarding and punishing is a basic principle of management. A big pot of food is eaten up with everyone hungry, as far as the degree of balance is concerned. So management is an art with too many methods and variations. Difficult to express in a sentence or two by the law. Involved in the specific content of the management is not too much to repeat here. How to face the conflict Eat people's soft mouth, take the short hand. Prove your strength in order to choose your life. Fighting back is the power of the strong. As for the kind of people who can't even get along with each other without a reason to interfere, what do they care? I'm not going to tell you what to do, but I'm going to tell you what to do, and I'm going to tell you what to do. If someone really comes to control interference for no reason, I will push back.
